The Aliens have landed in the garden!

Put some washing in first thing and in the strong blustery wind I hung it outside. Most of it was dry by lunchtime.
Our chiropodist came this morning to do our feet. They feel so good afterwards!
Followed by Paul who sanded our drive, having cleaned it on Saturday. But better weather to do the sanding today, cold wind but intermittent showers.
I was walking up the garden when I spotted these, beginning to make their presence felt.

They are ferns just beginning to uncurl and grow after being dormant through the winter months.
They always look so weird at this stage!
Our friend is coming to tea after she’s finished work today.
