Back at Pilates

I’d booked in to the Pilates class this morning so had a very light breakfast then walked down to Harbour Street.  I didn’t push myself but managed to put in a reasonable amount of effort and felt good afterwards.  I then walked back up the hill and awaited the arrival of our blipper friend, Mima, with our egg delivery.  

I’ve been pottering ever since, but managed to make some yoghurt and help MrMacD put up the new light in the internal hall.  That’s all the ceiling lights done now, thank goodness.

The blip is two views of a beautiful Canna lily I passed by on my way home from Pilates.
