The verdant valley

Driving home from the coast we follow the Umpqua River valley, beautiful and so green this time of year. Farm after farm of cows and sheep out on the pasture, fruit trees blooming, fishermen on the river.
In the extras our happy camping companions; several people stopped to comment on their tiny camper. And Juniper encouraging John as he is washing dishes:
“You are doing a good job!”
