Phoned the insurance this morning to get a plumber to sort the ubend. Left it with them to find one and get back to me.
Did a pilates session online; back to classes next week thank goodness. 
Got a text from the Dr, I am also low in Folic Acid, so got a prescription for 3 months .
Insurance got back to me this afternoon and they can get a plumber to me tomorrow between 9 and 5. 

It was a day on the sofa.
