Warp Factor

I wish...... did some interval training tonight whilst L was at her extreme bendy, stretchy, Pilate's class. Long time since I've done one of these, but I'm on a programme and I've forgotten how the time on your watch and in your head run differently on these sessions.
So 3 min at sub nausea pace followed by 90seec rest and keep repeating(nausea and repeating not good in the same sentence). Except the 90 second rests got quicker each time and the 3 min efforts took longer.
Time isn't what it seems.
