A sad parting

It was with heavy hearts that we attended today.  It was a very well thought out service, with an excellent Eulogy from Scott.  You begin to realise the value of a wake, though, as it was good to get together afterwards.  Ron and Pat were very proud of their six granddaughters, and it was easy to see why today.  Lots of memories were shared, especially as we socialised a lot particularly when the children were all young.  Great memories of happier days.
