We packed up after breakfast and did some cleaning. No one wanted to leave our beautiful holiday home, especially on such a lovely sunny morning.

Sarah, Chris and Merry left first, in the car, and the rest of us walked into Abergavenny, along the river and through the Linda Vista gardens. We looked at a few interesting shops before stopping for a coffee and then it was time for me to go to the station. More goodbyes :-(

My journey home has gone very well, trains on time and not busy. This train with its “Pride” livery was on its way to Liverpool from Crewe.
