Watching diggers. Again.

A very wet walk in the park this morning. However, there were so many tractors, dumper trucks, vans and grass cutters that we didn't mind. On the way home Henny found a ball in the river and had a wonderful time running up and down the banks.

I had a productive hour while Jacob slept, making dinner in advance and baking a cake, then Rachel, Eva and Anna arrived. E and J enjoyed their mini cuckoo cakes and then we all went to Js room to play. E did some beautiful ballet moves, there was a bit of a skirmish over some bubbles, Harris sat in the trip trap newborn seat, and A had a snooze in Js bed.

A quick trip to the garden for Henny's benefit, then dinner, bath and bed.
