On the fence..

I have been throwing out bread onto the garage roof for the birds.. the blackbirds have been coming to feed and are quite bold..
he didnt seem to mind me taking his picture and hopped on the fence to get a closer look at me..
Mrs Blackbird preferred to pull up worms in the garden and was happy to share the grass with me .. but as my good lens is still on route back from Canon the images were not as sharp as I would like as she hopped around the garden...

I am doing really well tonight - still awake. having spent a more leisurely day - had my hair cut short and then spent a couple of hours discussing kitchen plans with the builders. The noisy work starts tomorrow...
