‘Rowing Boat Launch’ event

The Canal Society had it's "Rowing Boat Launch" event, to mark the start of the 2024 season, earlier today ...

... weather was kind to us; a bit of gusty wind early on, but overall we had no rain to speak of and lots of folk attending the stall to talk to us; buy tea/coffee/cake; and to hire out the boats :-)

Main snap shows the three boats ready for hire - pleased to report that all three were taken out during the day; 1st extra shows the Reunion electric-boat [Kingfisher] which was also available to hire; 2nd extra our tented-area all ready for operations!
