Looks like a half sized copy of Para Handy’s Vital Spark. She must have arrived at the Kelpies basin yesterday but seems quite at home .
As the sky shows, this morning’s weather was reasonably pleasant but the rain returned before lunchtime and has been on and off wet and dry since.
