How does your garden grow!

Quite wonderfully, if you look at the plants on our front balcony! Spring has sprung! iPhone showing 25C in Barcelona today, with bright blue skies!

Got some intense puzzle-solving work-work out the way today to create some space later in the week. Some of you will recall my twice yearly task of composing six, diverse-as-possible teams of six people with 11 diversity criteria (like nationality, gender, career stage and challenge subject matter to mention just a few), and all of them being able to express preferences to be in the same group as certain of their colleagues and also stating who they definitely don’t want to be with! It’s sudoku triple plus! The draft is done…post-its on the wall! I’ll sleep on it and do a little touch up tomorrow!
