Book bears.

Not   a bad night, only woke once, so   no complaints. No gym today, of course, but some nice wishes from the gym gang. J was going to go to Llandow on his motorbike, but he only went around the corner, and it broke down, so he pushed it back home. He was not at all happy, but he knew exactly what was wrong (the rectifier) and a new part is on the way.  Our daughter & son in law called with a bunch of roses for me, to cheer me up, and they did. Not much in the way of blip inspiration, and the book I am reading at the moment is , Believe me not, and yes, it's really good.
