Home-made chicken Kiev

Although the title suggests it, I did not make this myself (as those who know me well, I'm certainly no Delia)...instead I bought a pack of butchers shop home-made frozen ones and it was the most amazing chicken Kiev EVER!! Good enough to blip!

If you ever get a chance to go to Manor Meats, off Manor Lane, Hither Green...go! Brilliant, cheap and great for BBQ food (and chicken Kiev's).

Other than my tasty dinner, today was a 'me' day and after I finished work at 3pm, put on some comfy clothes and sat on the sofa watching Sex And The City, drinking tea and relaxing!
