Knickerbocker glory

It was a nice day today, so I strolled along the seafront and took in the fresh air after attending another coffee morning at the Royal Clifton Hotel. I decided on lunch as it looked like rain and stopped to dine at The Waterfront, for afters I had a knickerbocker glory, Ive not had one of those for years and bought back some fond memories..it sure was a good one served there at The Waterfront.
