Birds On A Wire

After three sessions of acupuncture, I am quietly optimistic that I am seeing some positive results. I have stopped taking painkillers most days and the sciatica, although very much still present, is causing fewer difficulties when walking. Probably have a long way to go, but at least it seems like a good start.

And the weather is lovely for the next few days, warm and sunny. It was 24˚ on the way home earlier.

Plus my weekend has started, so all in all I feel pretty chipper.
