Hybrid

Navigating public holidays when you work across different countries is surprisingly confusing in terms of what you should be doing. Easter Monday is not a holiday in Mozambique but it is in Tanzania. I made an executive decision to do a hybrid work day, i.e. spent the morning on a personal call with my friend John and then sidled over to the office. The pool was looking particularly inviting as I passed, however one must not always give into one’s temptations.
