Thursday

Got up and ready for 8am this morning in case I was the first call from the engineer. I was given the slot 8am to 12 noon and by 11am  they hadn't been yet so I called them given I needed to leave at 12.30. She told me she'd put a note on the system. 12 noon came and went so I phoned back, and insurance couldn't get hold of the engineer. 
I left it with the insurance company to organise a new time. 
Up to therapy , then on the way home they called; the engineer can come Saturday between noon and 5pm. Let's hope they come this time.
