East Lothian....

...is like a different country, the temperature reached 20 C today.

We visited Preston Mill (after seeing SparseRunner's blip a few weeks ago).  We did the tour; it was fascinating seeing all the machinery working inside, powered by the water wheel.

We stopped off at a great plant nursery at Boggs Holdings, Pencaitland and bought a final few plants for the alpine bed including an Edelweiss for singing practice.
