Big breakfast

Up and out early for the motorway madness back up to Scotland.
Stopped for breakfast in Penrith - hit the jackpot with this one but felt like we needed snooze after.
Arrived home at 2pm and were greeted by neighbours with tales of a land slip across the road from our house. The result of rain (lots), possibly some leaking pipes, and a pile up of garden waste on the bank. Well, actually we don’t really know the cause, or who is going to do anything about it. In the meantime 2 garages are now in a rather precarious position above a steep slope, and lots of (mainly) men in fluorescent jacket keep coming to look at it. The road looks ok at the moment, and we are not directly affected but it’s going to be an on going saga.
