The moment when . .

. . . . you realise the ground isn't solid any longer. . . .
Nephew has some wonderful cattle and today was a day they needed to be dipped so I went along to watch and snap! I took a lot of shots but am busy (slowly) culling them.
The internet here is soooooo slow that I'm going to apologise - there won't be much commenting but I will try and post daily if I can.
The light was appalling - bright sun with many shadows, but I hope you can see the 'dip' and cow okay.  Very old dip - very rural and basic dipping method but there are big herds and lots of ticks and it seems this is the most effective way of keeping them healthy.
