A Stamford Street (Widwed100424)

We went to look around Stamford today as we had previously seen it on a Sunday afternoon when most of the shops were closed.

These rather splendid houses were across the road from a small flower shop where Gill bought a house plant. I had forgotten to check the theme for Wide Wednesday but realised later there is a sign in the image - parking restrictions - just for that side of the road.

I was fortunate to be there before the rain began and when there were no parked cars on this side.
