Balmy

This morning was spent making up new potential candle fragrance testers and getting back formulating/new product development. This is version 18 (or 19) of the lip balms I've been working on.

This afternoon took a bit of a curve ball when the printer seller messaged at lunchtime to say they had an engineer who could come to the house. He duly turned up and then, after almost 3 hours!!!! (I kid you not) he left and the printer still isn't fixed. He left with a couple of things to try, all done and still not working. Vindicated it's not the toners - hurrah! But will have to wait until the morning for next steps. 

Turns out the engineer is from an outsourced company that do repairs for several companies rather than their own in-house team.
