...to press pause is when you've taken too many things on and didn't even get a chance to check the blip prompt until you were already home from work after staying late again - not only that but you're home from work meaning you've already left the place with hundreds of signs to choose from!! :) 

I do get told off for staying behind in the office so I explain that when the hyperfocus is switched on I need to take advantage of it!
