In the Acer

A quiet day, not quite as we had planned but that is the way things go sometimes.  I have mainly been at home reading and doing domestic things.
I did however pop over to Craiglockhart Pond on the bike.  It seems that the new swans are nesting now so fingers crossed.  This blackbird was tweeting out a beautiful song as I cycled by.
Later on our neice will be staying over.
