A Bird's Eye View......

...... of a caterpillar.
It was cold today, the first day I've felt it this year.
This critter was also cold and reluctant to move, so easy to photograph.

I love what the macro reveals.
The tiny hairs seem to be sprouting from bejewelled nodules, whereas looking at it with the naked eye it is just a boring brown caterpillar.
