An Improvement - Yes

Sat in the sunshine mid walk Paddy and I overheard a conversation about the laying of tarmac on the S.W Coastal Footpath, I’m in the “it’s an improvement” camp.
My mother was confined to a wheelchair for around forty years and would not have been able to use the coastal path between Gyllyngvase Beach and the ‘platform’ at Swanpool Beach. If it has a shortcoming in our area it is a lack of information for the unwary on or using wheels, when you arrive on the concrete ‘platform’ at Swanpool you have to cross the sandy beach to reach solid ground. There is an alternative route which is around a mile longer or you can retrace your steps.

No rowing today, too high a wind speed in exposed areas so no up at an unearthly hour instead a quite relaxing day.
Roast dinner for three, I enjoyed mine, Mrs S almost recovered ate hers, Sam still under the weather left hers.

Only cloud on the horizon, I again succumbed to book buying, only three though!
