On the Pull

It’s been a changeable day today - rain, wind and a little sunshine. The news from Longshaw is that the Pied Flycatchers are starting to arrive, which is good news, but this weather isn’t great for their breeding efforts. We will try to get over there later in the week to see if any have arrived on our allotted patches. 
back at home, I’ve seen a pair of robins - one feeding the other which has to be a good omen for breeding.
