80 years

I was going to re-write last weekends entries but then got distracted and time went on, so here it is again. We went down south of Cognac to lay a wreath and come together to remember a rear gunner whose parachute failed to open 80 years ago today.
The electricity sub station (top left) has a rather good illustration of the countryside at the time.
