A reluctant coffee with a friend this morning in the rain. It was painful. 
Got home and phoned the insurance. It was so easy that makes me thinks it's all going to go  wrong, which  at the moment of typing might be coming true. Within an hour of phoning they had a plumber with me and without me telling them what the other company told me he came to the same conclusion. He couldn't fix it and I need a drainage company. 
The insurance company are now trying to find one......and I've heard nothing.
