Plan ahead...

I made a quick stop to the cone flowers this morning. And tonight I am very glad that I took the time to do that. You never know when your day will get turned upside-down and you'll need that first shot (only shot) of the day. What started out like a normal week day, ended up getting wildly busy and I'm not sure what happened to the hours between 2:00pm and 10:00 pm...

So, here is a sweet bee on a cone flower. (Large is nice.) Not at all what I had planned to shoot today, but I'm very glad I planned ahead enough to have this as a backup!

Lots to do yet tonight, and of course, I'm behind with blip comments etc. from the weekend. (Summer weekends just seem to get away from me.) I will catch up soon, I promise. In the mean time though, THANK YOU so much for stopping by and leaving such nice comments and ratings. :)
