Starlings on the fence.

Not a great day. I was up early as I was going to meet friends for coffee/ lunch at the end of their walk. I wasn't feeling good and my knees were extra painful so I had to cancel and felt bad as a result.  I had been going to fix a day to go for a drive with Shona but I'm not sure if that will happen. It's finally dawning on me that I can't carry on trying to do some of the things I did in the past. As a result most of the day has been on the sofa with a heat pad. I think my burst of activity yesterday is partly the cause. Photographed the birds at the window. They're always a great fall back...
