Jeez, the number of nickel and dime fees in addition to the big ticket items like title transfer tax, commissions, go on and on and on. $250 for this, 175 for that, 27 for something or other. Each of them multiple times.
No  wonder govts complain when the housing market goes tits up for a while, they loose billions.
But, we're down to the wire now  only 3 more sleeps until the madness starts.

Ah well...
