Preveza

Charming town of Preveza near where the Battle of Actium was fought in 31 BC between Octavian and Anthony and Cleopatra. Cruise ship handily moored at the end of the street!

Also visited nearby Nikopolis which was built by Octavian to celebrate his victory at Actium. Extras attached of some of the ruins and finds in a very good museum.

Also an amazing marina of yachts at Preveza. Another stunning day. Now en route to Albania.
