I said I wasn't able to help on this show as I'm already doing 4 nights a week on other shows, but, as ever, I've got drawn into preparing the sound effects and music. So after saying No I have somehow agreed to do 90% of the hard bits.

I have to learn to say NO !

Still, it looks like a fun show, so all in all, . . . . . I am still no good at saying No.
