My decision to avoid the loop line during the weekend gales was obviously wise!

Visit to J this morning, he was very much as usual these days. So sat in the reclining wheelchair in the lounge drinking milkshakes. Don’t think he’s eating much though. He acknowledges that I am there, but there’s no conversation.

Then timed a walk to perfection, was just turning into our road when it started spitting with rain.
