Goldcrest and Insect
We had a terrific day at Slimbridge with more than 50 species seen although none of them were new to me this year.
I had my best ever view of a goldcrest and only noticed later that it was about to eat an insect. We also got a close up view of a Spotted redshank (bird 56) and a more distant Mediterranean Gull (bird 57)
Thanks for looking at my pictures and apologies for my lack of comments while I’m away
