Last Day

The last day of our walk brought sunshine and gusty winds, which carried us along homeward.  The Bridge Inn at Ratho was a very good place to stay, and the first thing we saw as we left was the swans nest very close to the Inn.
We walked swiftly as we were nearly home, getting good views of the Bridges and other well known landmarks.  S met us at Hailes Quarry Park, and M met us in Shandon and both walked with us up to our end point of Lochrin Basin.  Which we reached very quickly, we stopped for a quick coffee before going back to the flat.  It was a good thing to have done.  So thanks to A for organising , and thanks to everyone who generously donated to the EUCS.
