A flower

I think it is a marigold, I can't remember what Cathy said they were when she gave me a load. I should remember but I have a head like a bucket with a large hole in it.

So, has anybody got any idea how to get an 18 year old to be interested in finding a job. I know once he gets one he will work hard but he seems scared to death a out trying to get one.
