Airport dash

The good news is that Ben arrived on time in Exeter after a two hour delay, leaving Toronto. A tailwind journey left him with 10 minutes to catch the Exeter bound plane from Dublin. Unfortunately his luggage couldn’t run quite so fast therefore is still in Dublin:))
It will hopefully be Reunited with its owner sometime on Monday.
We took a leisurely drive home via the edge of Dartmoor, where brunch was enjoyed before returning back to base.
After the standard hunt in the coop for a suitable toothbrush Ben retired for some much needed sleep whilst I enjoyed an uplifting church service.
I rustled up a chicken dinner after which we each enjoyed a pasteis de nata, a timely change for Auntie from her traditional egg, custard tart:)
