Belated 88th birthday celebration cake

We finally got to celebrate my Dad's 88th birthday today (was actually last Thursday, but he was unwell). He's fine now and enjoyed his belated celebration with us all. We went via Littlehampton for my osteopath appointment which went well and she thinks a few more appointments should sort me out. If not, she will arrange for scans for me. My walking is so much easier now and I can sit in ordinary armchairs again. It's just the standing that's a prob. Anyway, had a good day and back home now and quite tired, but happy!
