Try again?

      Not that long ago I was disturbed by several BANGS!!!  It didn't take much of a search to locate the culprit - Willy Wind.
      There was an unused Plant trough hard by, full to the brim of WET.  I emptied enough to render it liftable and added a Brick or two for good measure.
     Today I had the same problem. Apparently despite the regular rain the trough still wasn't heavy/full enough; so it was replaced with Pots full of soil, in lieu of the wet stuff.
     Time will tell
