Wild rose

In the week we were away there's been a change of colour of the wild flowers along the canal and the Water of Leith. From yellow they're now mainly white with some pale pink, like this wild rose.

I was working in the front garden this evening, but now the midges are out in force, so I've beat a hasty retreat.
