Yum yum yum

Our neighbours brought round some absolutely FANTASTIC mackerel that they’d just caught a few hours ago!!!!

I don’t think I’ve ever had fresh mackerel before, so was really thankful. All nicely filleted and skin off!

Ben toon charge and made a delicious rub (and sauce for after) and then bbq’d them. They were so fresh, it was unreal. We took a pic to send to them and hence my blip was sorted!!!
