First...

... run of the year!

I'm, frankly, ashamed that it has taken me until July to do this but in my defense:
- This year has gone so fast
- I have bought a house, moved in and mostly unpacked
- work has been quite busy
- the weather has been shocking and, well I am a fair weather exerciser!

This is also the first time I really commit to one of the Blip Challenges on the forum so wish me luck!
