The fleet’s in

Three models I’ve prepared for the future West Coast fleet. My favourite is the Commer Avenger in the centre, based on a Southdown coach. The right hand bus is one I’ve sought out for a long time and it used to park in a lay-by in Small Heath near where I stayed with my aunty. The little Leyland bus ran an airport service for Birmingham Corporation Transport. On the left is a small Bedford, many of the type that ran around the lanes of Wales - so why not Port Appin!
