Weird dreams

Woke up at 11 am after some weird and horrible dreams.
Got up and spent a long time in the lounge, doing Yoga and all sorts of energy practices.
It was 3 pm until I got showered and dressed.
Neil went out for a shopping walk and I went to William for a coffee and a croissant.
Simone texted that she was on the way to Opal Moon - which was next door from where I was.
We met in front of North Star in the wind and sun.
She was with her son William and a friend.
We had a great time.
I walked home after 5 om and am catching up with blip!
I seem to not get to it daily these days.

But hey ho - caught up now.
Time for dinner and couch.

No clubbing this weekend.
