Finally a warm, pleasant day , but a little windy!

A haircut this morning has made me feel much better, and when I got home I made a start in the garden.

I am re doing the design and placement of things so I started by emptying one compost heap, spreading it on one of the veg beds, and then moving the empty bin to its new spot!

I pruned the hardy fuchsia, took out a Cornus that had died, studied the arch which is covered in my honeysuckle but is rotting as to how to prolong its life, and generally did some tidying up. It has been wonderful. Also got washing dried in the line.

Downside- Mr H senior who has been in an assessment bed in a care home, has been re admitted to hospital.
