Oh Dear

Things don't always go so well at Parkrun. I was nearby and saw Judith fall. I could have taken a shot of her face down in the mud, but it didn't feel right, so I didn't. I helped her to her feet and then took the shot. :-) She is fine and finished the course in good humour. Well done to her. 

The trouble with looking like this is that everyone notices when you cross the finish line. 

My knee is still painful, and I'm not able to run or even walk the full route. I'm losing my fitness now and feel fed up about that.
