Dandelion!

15.00  -  13°C  -  28 mph SSW Wind Speed  -  51 mph Gusts  -  Overcast.  Despite the wind I did venture into the garden hoping the Tulips were now open  -  they weren't!  But this Dandelion was lower on the ground thus escapng the wind and so deciding it was Okay to open up.  Mind you the gusts were still capturing it and I had patiently wait for them to subside.  The Fritillary are open at last but were waving about like mad  -  so I gave up on blipping them.
